Your imagination is the limit!

Have you ever wanted to use The Red Chair space for your private event? As a TRC Member, you can. You can use it for birthday parties, gangbangs, social gatherings, private play sessions, gaming tournaments – even a date night! And now we offer catering. What do I need to know?

TRC Members in good standing for at least one year may reserve a private rental. Attendees must be members of TRC or guests of a member in good standing. Guests must be approved before the event, following the TRC Guest Policy procedures. Private rentals are subject to current TRC rules and attendance caps.


An MOD will be present during your rental. The renter is responsible for securing an MOD for their event from the list of TRC’s current Board of Directors and Officers. The MOD will serve as the default DM for any dungeon play. If trained DMs are in the renting party, they may also serve as DMs. 


Generally, the third weekend of each month is reserved for private events. Other dates may be reserved, subject to the availability of the TRC space and MODs and at the discretion of the Private Rental Coordinator. Please consult the TRC Events Calendar when choosing your date. 

Private rentals are for four hours unless otherwise negotiated with the Private Rental Coordinator and MOD. All members of the renting party must agree to follow all TRC rules. The renting party is responsible for all clean-up, or the deposit will be forfeited.


How much does it cost?

It costs $200 for a four-hour party. The fifth hour is free and split between 30 minutes for set-up and 30 minutes for clean-up. All parties include use of the “public” areas of the club (i.e., everything except storage and the office).

 

How do I make a reservation?

Contact your preferred MOD and confirm your preferred date with them. Contact the Private Rental Coordinator at rentals@theredchair.org. Include the following information in your email: 

You will be contacted by the Private Rental Coordinator to confirm your request. We will do our utmost to honor your requested date. If your requested date is unavailable, the Private Rental Coordinator will work with you to find an alternative. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive payment information and check-in instructions. Then, gather your rental party. You will need each attendee's TRC member number one week before your event.


What if I need to reschedule?

Private rentals may be rescheduled at the discretion of the Private Rental Coordinator, depending on the availability of the TRC space. Private rentals may be canceled up to 48 hours in advance for a full refund.
